Sparks has partnered with an expert-driven and technology focused title company who has an immediate need for a post-closing administrator to join their successful team. Responsibilities:
  • Complete and process all post-closing paperwork under tight deadlines with perfection.
  • Ensure complete and accurate packages are submitted for approval.
  • Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders, and attorneys to resolve discrepancies.
  • Post-closing review of the file including but not limited to ensuring the return of the recorded mortgage and all other loan document to allow for preparation of the file for delivery and scanning.
  • Candidates must be experienced in understanding title policies, loan documents and lenders instructions and other settlement related documents. The candidate must work well with tight deadlines, be extremely organized and detail minded and have superior customer service skills.

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2+ years of experience working with a Title Company
  • Have knowledge of multiple states' title requirements and processes
  • Attention to Detail
  • Self-motivated and autonomous individual
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check
