You will identify points of vulnerability within the organization and perform periodic testing to ensure program effectiveness. You will provide company-wide direction, project management and documentation for business continuity and disaster recovery readiness programs.From strategy to fulfillment to managed services, our engineering-centric solutions enable our clients to realize what it means for technology to do more.Job Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining and improving IT Governance, Risk and Compliance processes.Lead the maintenance of business continuity and disaster recovery documentation including Business Impact Analysis, BC and DR Plans, Table Top Exercises, Emergency Contacts List.Perform periodic testing of Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).Leverage best practice based on DRI International (DRII) and Business Continuity Institute (BCI) to assist in building, maintaining and improving the BC/DR program.Plan and coordinate employee training on crisis management and restoration of operations to ensure successful execution during a business interruption.Play a critical role in responding to business interruption and coordinating recovery efforts.Communicate with outside vendors that provide critical business operational services.Administer the Everbridge mass notification system including administration and vendor relationship.Liaise with Everbridge to ensure requested enhancements progress and functionality of new releases are reviewed.Administer FusionRM to centralize all BC/DR plans, exercises, incidents and related information.Assist in coordinating, testing, improving and filing results including but not limited to: User Access Reviews (UAR); ITGC documentation and operating procedures SOX 404 Reviews and Testing SSAE 18 SOC Internal and External Reviews HIPAA/HITRUST PCI-DSS.Handle confidential matters and information professionallyAdhere to corporate policies and procedures.Corporate Responsibilities:Internal Control responsibilities vary by role and are subject to change.
