Construction Inspector City of Westminster Public Works Department Ensuring that the installation, construction, repairs, improvements, and maintenance of City owned utilities, roadways, buildings, and properties by contractors and developers meet approved City plans, specifications, and guidelines. Duties include construction inspection of sanitary sewers, water mains, pumping stations, municipal water wells, road construction and storm drain projects. Requires Associate's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field and three years of related experience in a responsible non-professional engineering position in construction or surveying work; or equivalent combination of education, training and related experience. 40 hrs/wk. The minimum hourly rate for this position is $22.33. Consideration of a higher hourly rate is dependent on experience and qualifications.
