The Challenge:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As an intelligence analyst, you can use your regional and functional experience and your attention to detail to develop collection strategies to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical and organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our national security against threats as well as inform our nations' leaders.

As a collection strategist on our team, you'll help your client understand and manage overall threats. You'll apply an understanding of all source collection platforms as you explore new data sources, craft effective queries and requirements, and combine information from across collection disciplines and organizations, including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you to help build collection support productions for use by IC-wide users as well as senior policy makers. You'll become the authority on the threat target set, so your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to define your expertise, develop new skills, and share your skills with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have:

-5+ years of experience in the intelligence community

-Experience with counterthreats

-Experience as a collection manager

-Experience with collection analysis and intelligence analysis

-Experience with research

-Knowledge of SIGINT

-Ability to use multiple intelligence community databases

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS degree
