Manpower Management Support Analyst, Mid
Key Role:

Maintain HR and capital management information, including personnel recruitment, organization charts, performance evaluations, and personnel awards and retirement, work timekeeping, and temporary duty assignments. Provide HR management support to federal and military employees during new hire orientation. Provide day-to-day operations support for staff comprised of military, civilian, public health service, and contract support personnel. Assist with identifying positions to fill and analyze the process for all hiring actions. Support civilian and military in-processing and out-processing, evaluations, and awards. Oversee performance management functions and assist with personnel objectives, assessments, and closeouts for all DoD personnel. Support client training and awareness activities, including those aligned with Manpower Individual Development Plan (IDP) activities and maintain client process assets.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Knowledge of HR processes and human capital management

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the DoD
