You must be a U.S. Citizen to qualify for this position.

To qualify candidates must possess senior level leadership (Supervisory/Managerial) and executive experience. Candidates must have been serving in a position at a high level of difficulty to demonstrate clearly that candidates possess the professional and technical, as well as the program knowledge, skills and abilities listed in this vacancy announcement. Expert experience is typically in or related to the work of the position.

Candidates must possess the following: (1) A professional law degree (LL. B or J.D) and (2) Membership is in good standing of the Bar or State or territory of the United States or the District of Columbia.

Applicant must have substantial experience in practicing administrative law.

Applicants must meet position qualifications requirements as shown above at the time of appointment.

Failure to meet these qualifications will automatically disqualify an applicant.
