    Time-in-grade:
    Applicants must meet one year at the next lower grade to be considered for the next higher grade (e.g. one year at the GS-11 grade level for consideration for the GS-13 grade level.).

    Specialized experience for the GS-12 level: Applicants must have one full-time year of specialized work experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service.

    Experience that involves the application and implementation of grant program and agreement policies and regulations.

    Experience includes work in awarding and evaluating inter/intra agency agreements to determine compliance with program objectives to provide advice, guidance and support to customers.

    Specialized experience for the GS-13 level: Applicants must have one full-time year of specialized work experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service.

    Experience that involves providing a broad range of technical leadership and advise, guidance and direction in managing and administering grant and agreement programs for multiple customers.

    Experience developing, planning, coordinating and administering complex functions involving life cycle support and management of grants and agreements.

    THE SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION IS NOT QUALIFYING FOR THE GS-12, GS-13 LEVEL.
