Position Summary: A Customer Service Manager will provide overall management and leadership forthe day to day functions of the Customer Service Department. Required Skills and Experience: * High School diploma or GED. * 5 years of current supervisory experience working in a customer service, or client service role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. * Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. * This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test. Preferred Skills and Experience: * College degree. * Foodservice distribution. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: * Provides overall management to the customer service department and ensures that all operations run in an effective and professional manner within the department.Drives communicationbetween Reinhart customers and the Sales &Distribution departments. * Ensures overall customer satisfaction and accuracy of customer data; resolves difficult customer complaints/issues; maintains appropriate record keeping. * Maintains records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, issues, comments and resolution. * Works in conjunction with sales and operations; works with appropriate departments to resolve customer issues such as service or billing issues. * Other projects or duties as assigned.
