Senior Software Engineer | Java | AWS We're seeking talented, senior, hands-on, engineers to modernize one of the most critical systems in Capital One's US Card Business. Decide Product is the critical orchestration engine behind Capital One's Credit Card application process, processing about 277 million decisions per year. We are responsible for making intelligent credit decisions and delivering a real-time digital experience for new customers. Our team is made up of engineers who are passionate about improving technology designs, are experienced in delivering highly-available and highly-performant systems, and thrive when faced with business challenges. We are looking for a great engineer to join our team and deliver on our exciting roadmap.
