Job Description The mission of an Outside Sales Professional is to meet with prospective clients created from marketing leads, personal networking and personal canvassing to sell IT service plans. The Outside Sales Professional must work to build a network of professionals and connections that help provide new and potential clients. The Goals of the Outside Sales Executive for IT and Voice Services are: Produce qualified leads Build relations with prospective and current clients Sell what's in the best interest of clients Desired Skills and Expertise: Caring Personable with Personality Humor Friendly Aggressive Competitive Self-Conscious Confident Educational Seeks to Help Others Self-Improvement Requirements IMPACT continues to aggressively expand and improve its Sales & Marketing department by hiring high energy individuals to actively introduce our solutions to small and mid-sized companies in the assigned region. A combination of quality account development, B2B cold calling, fearlessness, humor, and motivated sales skills are required for this position. Candidates for the position must have the following attributes and skills: Fearlessness and the ability to make cold calls and earn appointments Enjoys Talking with People and Excellent Conversationalist Prior business-to-business sales experience. 3+ years sales experience preferred. Prior sales experience with professional services Comfortable speaking to senior level executives Accountable. Not an excuse maker. Strong presentation and communication skills; verbal, phone, and written. Organized, Detail Oriented and Somewhat Obsessive About Them Ability to Think on Your Feet and Overcome Obstacles Metrics and Goals Driven Teachable. No victim mentality. Proven winner. Enjoys Completeness and Tidying Loose Ends and Document Activities Fully Functional knowledge of common software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc ) Basic understanding of Information Technology Experience using CRM Software Open Mindedness, Sense of Humor and Enjoys a Fast Pace Environment Ability to work on a team.
