As the Manager you're not just the leader of the restaurant, you're the face of our brand. With overall responsibility for managing the daily operations you are ensuring consistent delivery of the guest experience, financial results and the staff experience/development. Experience Manager is hardworking, passionate, and capable of leading and coaching a team. Guest Experience Managers partner with the General Manager to support daily restaurant operations. They motivate and lead team members, uphold standards in the kitchen and dining room, and ensure a safe, positive environment for guests and the team. Confidently handles guests concerns and service issues with grace; focuses on finding solutions and resolving issues quickly, High-energy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Lead and develop Team Members Be responsible for the entire guest experience Food safety & quality standards Oversee food , including inventory, ordering, and budget Customer service-oriented: Passion for the guest experience, service driven Enriches the sweet Leaf Cafe experience by being a presence on the floor and effectively builds relationships with our guests, ensuring repeat visits. A competitive base salary $45,000 K Free Healthy sweet leaf food Job Types: Full-time, No Sundays Salary negotiable on your experience Experience: shift manager/key holder: 3 years (Required)
