Job Number: R0027947 Electric Power Engineer, Mid Key Role: Analyze critical infrastructures, including electric power systems and industrial control systems (ICS). Perform risk assessments for nuclear test systems, fire alarms, water and waste water treatment facilities, electrical substations and power plants, energy management systems, automated meter reading systems, oil and gas production, transportation, refining systems, and chemical facilities. Perform physical infrastructure assessments and analyze design drawings and control system programming. Develop and maintain steady state and dynamic power flow models for in-depth power system analysis and power flow visualization. Basic Qualifications: -5+ years of experience with transmission, distribution, or generation design or operations -5+ years of experience with ICS or SCADA design, commissioning, or operations -Experience with system protection systems -Experience with electric power modeling -TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph -BS degree in EE or CS Additional Qualifications: -Experience with international design and operations -Certified Control Systems Architect (CSSA) Certification -Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
