Create long-term, trusted advisor relationships with our customers. This delivery-oriented role is to provide process and project leadership on existing data management implementation projects (within a primary client), and to provide as-needed/occasional support for business development activities with existing partners. US Citizens or Green Card holders are required. No work authorization sponsorship is available for this position. Work will be performed mostly on site in the Northern DC / Maryland client location. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate. Responsibilities: The business solution lead will typically spend the majority of time leading our small-medium size MDM delivery team that is operating within a large multi-vendor/multi-team client environment. The business solution lead will bring technical and analytical abilities, will acquire process and subject matter expertise by working with the client, and will become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in developing solutions. As needed, the business solution lead will help support efforts to build & maintain partnerships with other SI firms and will assist with presales activities such as proposals and presentations. Responsibilities include guiding teams on full project lifecycle master data management solution design and delivery. Understand client business processes to provide best practice guidance to both implementation team and to client. Develop trusted advisor relationship with client stakeholders, managers and executives by connecting business and technology. Support program management coordination efforts for multiple work streams and projects. Provide presales support and partner relationship support for opportunities both within the existing client and at new clients. Blend of hands-on and supervisory / team guidance. Lead process analysis, data analysis, and design efforts for Informatica Master Data Management and Enterprise Data Management implementation teams. Knowledge of master data management systems, concepts and methodologies. Lead data management process analysis and recommend best practice designs/approaches. Engage in project communications with client using a consultative approach. Anticipates obstacles works with both internal and external teams to devise approaches. Ability to assess customer goals, needs and interests with respect to the implementation/appropriateness of information technology solutions. Manage the client's expectations on project scope and schedule. Understand the client's requirements and priorities Work closely with client to collect requirements, perform scoping & estimation for new client implementations and handle change requests. Identify client's business needs and engage in most efficient solution method for changes/solutions Responsible for end to end knowledge of the solution. Enhances the contribution of others working on assigned client(s) and is known as a Domain expert in various areas Must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Act as mentor and coach for junior staff. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Requirements: Demonstrated domain knowledge and experience in Federal Health area in working with agencies like FDA, CMS, VA. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level. Possess exceptional communication/interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills (critical thinking) Solid experience with Data Management processes and solutions. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs. Ability to manage and administer a broad range of project delivery tasks. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present and translate complex information to both internal and external teams in relevant business terms. Ability to adjust communication and presentation styles based on different audiences. Ability to exhibit and demonstrate leadership within a given implementation or major change project and provide technical leadership to the team. Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies. Provide content / help develop SOWs for enterprise or non-standard engagements. Is able to balance multiple projects and priorities and knows when to ask for help. Proficient computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, NetSuite and Outlook. A strong understanding of Agile, SCRUM, Lean and/or Waterfall methodologies. Demonstrated success delivering results and meeting deadlines, in a rapid, evolving and complex development environment. Proven ability to effectively project manage multiple projects against established milestones and deliverables. Polished, persuasive spoken and written communication skills. 10-12+ years of technical leadership and architecture experience in data management projects 4+ years' experience in technical roles, including experience designing solutions as an architect, developer or similar role 2+ years hands-on experience with Informatica MDM and/or IDQ Washington DC, Maryland Location required US Citizen or Green Card Holder required.
