Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldCounter Threat Finance Program ManagerCounter Threat Finance (CTF) Program Manager (Expert)Clearance: TS/SCICertifications: N/A Experience: At a minimum shall have at least ten (10) years of relevant senior leadership and program manager experience supporting the Department of Defense.Demonstrated experience shall include capability to lead project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.The PM shall also have experience with CTF/TFI and intelligence oversight.Education: At a minimum shall have a relevant Masters' degree from an accredited college or university.Duties:Perform overall management of the CTF Task Order (T/O);including personnel, planning and execution,T/O quality control efforts,T/O deliverables management, direction, and coordination and reviews necessary to ensure successful T/O performance.The T/O PM will function as the contractor's single representative authorized to interface with the Government CO, Government Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), Government Program Manager (PM), and customer agency representatives. The T/O PM's responsibilities will include:Formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate contractor personnel.Managing the contractor support team across all elements of the mission programs.Providing monthly contract status reports to responsible government personnel, to include the Government PM and/or COR.Interfacing with CN> staff on status of contract or T/O performance.Coordinating program review meetings, including arranging for facilities and equipment, developing agendas, preparing attendance lists, and publishing meeting resultsThe T/O PM shall be responsible for overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract.
