Construction Project Manager
Position Summary: Seeking a dedicated, detail oriented, and highly organized Construction Project Manager. The PM will work with multiple project teams in a fast paced environment. Project types range from Facility Upgrades and Renovations, Government Projects, and School Systems. Definition of Project Manager: Responsible for overall project planning, implementation, cost estimating, scheduling, resource allocation and project budget management, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The responsibilities cover all areas of construction project management including but not limited to: cost management, time management, quality management, administration, and safety management. Education and Experience: 10 Years of Experience Managing Construction Projects Four-Year Degree in Construction Management preferred or equivalent Knowledge and understanding of CPM scheduling/tracking methods Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Project, Word, and Outlook Knowledge of Building Codes Proficient Knowledge of Drawings and Blue Prints (Ability to Read, Comprehend, and Explain) Subcontractor Management Working knowledge of construction terminology, contracts, and construction plans Please submit your cover letter, resume, and salary requirements via email to firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate Project Manager in the subject line.
