  • Minimum Qualification Requirements: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must have specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to perform IT Specialist (Enterprise Architecture) work at the GS-14 level. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include leading Enterprise Architecture initiatives that involve developing organizational IT strategy, transition plans, target-architectures of enterprise solutions for cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), DevSecOps, Commodity Information Technology (IT), custom software applications based on microservices, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) with shared service provider(s), and data management plans.

    In order to be considered for this position, you must complete all required steps in the process. In addition to the application and application questionnaire, this position requires an online assessment. The online assessment measures critical general competencies required to perform the job. The assessment includes a cut score based on the minimum level of required proficiency in these critical general competencies. You must meet or exceed the cut score to be considered. You will not be considered for the position if you score below the cut score or fail to complete the assessment.

    Category rating procedures will be used to rank and select eligible candidates. Based on your responses to the assessments for this recruitment, you will be assigned a score. Your score will determine in which of three categories you will be placed: Excellent, Very Good, or Good. Under this process, veterans will be assigned to the appropriate category (without additional preference points) and then placed at the top of their category. Veterans with service-connected disability of 10% or more will be placed at the top of the highest quality category.
