You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications:

A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service:

• Experience with the development, operation and maintenance of the Advanced Technologies Application Center (ATAC) Network in support of the JIDO Information Enterprise.
• Experience providing services in the following areas: Network Operations, Operations Support, Systems Integration, and Systems Design.
• Experience as a Customer Relations Manager and Information Sharing Integrator.

Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI access based on a Special Background Investigation (SBI).

This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program. The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R (Condition of Employment for Certain Positions Identified as Critical under the Drug Abuse Testing Program) and must pass urinalysis testing, as required, prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.

Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450.

TDY is 10 percent. Incumbent must be able to travel/deploy worldwide, including high-risk areas and combat zones. Occasional travel to the COCOM areas of operation is possible.
