  • This position is considered Key/Emergency-Essential. You will be required to provide immediate and continuing support to ensure the success of combat operations or the availability of combat-essential systems.
  • Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NO-04 pay band (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate most or all of the following: 1) managing and resolving system-related issued for Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) and/or Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) Procurement Module functionality, to include Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and Asset Management (AM); 2) managing and resolving all Navy ERP related problems such as asset accounting and physical property management, Capital Improvement Program (CIP), depreciation, purchase requisition and orders the results in the acquisition of materials and services, goods receipts (GR), accruals resulting from service entry sheets (SES), invoice receipts (IR), goods issues and material masters, month-end close and year-end close, procurement reporting, and commitment and obligation reconciliations; 3) strong customer service experience dealing with internal and external customers related to Navy ERP functionality and assistance and resolving routine and complex procurement module trouble tickets; 4) contributing to system defect assessments, creating and executing test plans, and creating and executing validation schemes for procurement module related configuration management activities; and/or 5) creating, updating, and improving training materials and exercises for procurement systems.
