After-hours shifts are 5pm until 8am the following morning.
The On-Call Registered Nurse is responsible for providing skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care to patients in the home setting for evening, night, weekend and holiday on-call.

Specific Responsibilities:
Assume primary responsibility for total census during assigned shift in Montgomery/Frederick County
Provide skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care to patients in the home setting
Maintain up-to-date patient records so that problems, goals and interventions are accurately and clearly stated and changes are reflected as they occur
Communicate regularly with agency nursing staff to review problems or unique issues from on-call hours
Demonstrate familiarity with policies of the agency and rules and regulations of State and Federal bodies which aid in determining policies
Perform specific assignments as directed
MD RN License
BLS/CPR from American Heart Association

Monday thru Friday and weekends On call 5:00PM to 8:00AM for emergent visits Only
