Position SummaryReporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for working cooperatively with the sales management team and customers to deliver exceptional sales and customer support with the goal to grow sales at the appropriate gross margin while increasing customer satisfaction for all Rexnord products and services under Power Transmission. Contribute to overall team success by identifying current customer trends, orders and inquiries that promote the ease of doing business.
