Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Document Management Analyst II Job Description: * Work with PAE project managers providing administrative and technical assistance on eDiscovery and litigation support projects. * Strong communication skills and an understanding of observed protocol when interacting via email and telephone. * Coordinate with PAE Project Managers and other staff regarding work order due dates and requirements. * Coordinate with our Department of Justice (DOJ) clients as well as subcontractors and vendors on administrative topics such as invoicing as well as substantive topics such as deliverable deadlines and search results. * Working knowledge of basic accounting principles. * Review and process invoices from subcontractors and vendors; including: * Ensure invoices are an accurate reflection of work performed. * Verify amount invoiced matches labor narrative and other supporting documentation. * Identify correct billing codes, CLINS, account numbers, and delivery order numbers. * Coordinate with internal PAE accounts payable team as well as project managers to resolve issues before they impact project performance. * Maintain accurate invoice tracking logs. * Create and maintain accurate project tracking logs. * Working knowledge of eDiscovery data hosting platforms, such as Concordance, iCONECT, or Relativity. * Performing simple and advanced search queries. * Creating saved searches. * Tagging documents. * Running tag conflict checks. * Export reports and formatting the same for delivery to the client. * QC production deliverables. * Troubleshoot technical problems and answer questions from OLS Case Managers and DOJ Attorneys. * Possess the ability to learn new software tools and teach others. Minimum Requirements: * Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance to include an extensive background investigation. * Advanced user of Microsoft applications such as MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. * At least 3+ years of experience working on medium to large eDiscovery and litigation support projects * Familiar with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and acquainted with defensible practices for collecting, processing, hosting, and producing Electronically Stored Information (ESI). * Assisting in the production of ESI. * Assisting with blow back to paper productions. * Assembling deposition and trial binders. * Researching questions of law and fact. * 2+ years of experience using Concordance, iCONECT, of Relativity is required. * Working knowledge of search functionality; including experience drafting, running, and troubleshooting searches. * Familiarity with the applications of Technology Assisted Review (TAR). * Experiencing training attorneys and other legal staff on the functionality of Concordance. * Strong verbal and written communication skills are required. * Need to be proactive, organized, and detail oriented. * Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends.
