    This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: 1) Determine the cause of malfunctions and makes repairs to buildings, fixtures, or utilities/HVAC systems and equipment; 2) Perform preventative maintenance and inspection on buildings, fixtures, or utilities/HVAC systems and equipment; 3) Plan and perform work using blueprints, specifications, and sketches; 4) Answer questions from workers regarding procedures, policies, and instructions in relation to work requirements.
