Position Summary: The Lead Generation Manager works closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to analyze the effectiveness of Strategic Factory marketing initiatives in relation to lead generation. The Lead Generation Manager will be responsible for designing and driving a comprehensive demand generation strategy, spanning from acquisition to engagement to conversion. Qualified candidates must have B2B marketing experience. The ideal candidate thrives on metrics and is an expert at using marketing automation tools to develop marketing campaigns that optimize the flow of qualified leads to sales. Proven expertise in creating and executing multi-touch demand creation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics. Works daily with the CRM to ensure campaigns are tracked, leads are vetted and assigned to sales representatives as seen fit. Create strategies to advance the use of CRM and fully implement automation and nurturing campaigns Develop, manage, assess, readjust lead scoring activities throughout the organization Manages lead flow, tracking tools, analysis and overall decisions for lead generation programs and effectiveness. Manages internal and external lead generation and qualification resources to exceed program expectations. Research customer segments, clients and strategies to increase qualified leads. Qualifying and nurturing leads through the early stages of the conversion pipeline. Assist with developing external messaging content and collateral that supports the Strategic Factory brand Proactively engage with the sales team to define, communicate and optimize the impact of the demand generation marketing strategies Work closely with Digital Marketing Specialist to evaluate and alter online strategies based on a comprehensive understanding of analytics Work closely with Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Manager to optimize, track, tweak, and evaluate marketing spend particularly social and online marketing Work with Social Media Strategist to develop new methods to engage consumers on social platforms Launch innovative, custom campaigns that surround highly targeted markets Work closely and collaboratively with team members across creative services teams, marketing, web development with the ability to influence teams without direct authority Track and analyze marketing performance and continually implement optimizations for increased growth Along with the management team, oversee planning efforts including the production of lead generation goals and forecast and measuring overall results Working closely with Marketing & Communications Manager to design and drive a comprehensive demand generation strategy integrating and leveraging tactics and tools including search engine marketing, email, webinars, events, social media, podcasts, radio and trade publications
