Position Summary:Confer with customers by phone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaintsGreet and assist walk-in customers with their needsThoroughly investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of customer orders, billing, and website functions in a professional and timely mannerUse professional and courteous communication skills to listen to customer requests in order to accurately define or determine their needs and provide them with the requisite responseCheck to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problemsKeep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, as well as actions takenPrepare jobs for production by including documents such as work orders, proofs, samples, quotes, emails from customers, vendor information, delivery ticket(s),and mock upsLiaise with other customer services representatives to help resolve customers' service or billing complaintsProcess payments received from customersComplete contract forms and prepare change of address recordsContact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of any unforeseen adjustmentsCommunicate with supervisors, peers, or subordinates to receive feedbackEnter information into the computer in order to keep track of jobs and assignments
