We are seeking a talented Human Resources and Operations Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an professional to build fusionSpan's HR department from the ground up, as you will be responsible for putting processes and systems in place to help us scale in the future.. This position will manage all of the human resources and personnel processes for a team of 70 in multiple locations, including two offices abroad. We will help you grow this department and hire additional resources as needed.The right person will be self-motivated and adaptable. This position requires someone who wants their work to make a difference, is a fast learner, has an instinctive problem solving mentality, and experience conceptualizing and creating out of the box solutions.Responsibilities:Human ResourceImplement and Manage human resources system(s) that meets employee information needsOversee our benefits programsManage firm recruitment efforts, namely for technical rolesConduct orientation and training for new hires, as well as termination processesDevelop, revise, and recommend personnel policies, handbook, and proceduresOperationsMaintain department records and reports, including company directory and other organizational charts.Manage internal timekeeping system and chargeable hours for staff; cost rates, expenses, PTO and other policiesManage Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Oversee the daily business operationsHelp managers with drafting agreements and statement of worksOversee Monthly Invoicing to clientsQualifications:Minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceGreat organizational and planning skillsAttention to detailAbility to multi taskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWe offer a comprehensive salary and benefits package, as well as a challenging, but low stress environment with no corporate hierarchy.
