SSI is looking for a skilled problem-solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customers' concerns and resolve them in a very timely manner. Bilingual ability in Spanish is a MAJOR asset to our firm. Whether you are simply conversational or completely fluent, all levels are welcome!The ideal candidate will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.Responsibilities:Listen to customer's questions and concerns, and provide answers or answersDiscusses products offered and ensures customer satisfactionProvide outstanding customer support to both client's and customersPerforms all related customer service functions to provide excellent support and service to customersQualifications: Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times Ability to meet required goals and quotas Articulate, people oriented and excellent customer care skills required No experience is required, though having a customer service or hospitality background is a HUGE PLUS!
