The primary responsibility of the eCommerce Customer Service Representative is to provide superior customer service to internal sales team and external clients. This person should be inquisitive, energetic, hard-working and committed to understanding and solving customer issues and questions. This person is expected to learn all aspects of Beacon's eCommerce product offering, including ability to purchase online and track deliveries for construction jobs. This person will be expected to lead demos and trainings for internal employees and external customers.Duties and responsibilities Respond to queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chatTroubleshooting customer & rep inquiriesWork with local branches and other departments to solve customer queriesFollow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolvedCreate accounts for customers and grant access to accounts to field repsAssist customers and internal employees with technical guidanceTraining of eCommerce platform for customers and internal employeesPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Delightful disposition and superior listening skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailMust be able to multi-task while always ensuring customer is first priorityShould be comfortable with technology (ie, excel, chat functionality)Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-disciplineAbility to work both independently and in a team settingBachelors or Associates Degree preferred#LI-POST#LI-SL1
