A prestigious firm is looking to hire Bilingual Call Center Representative to handle all incoming calls. You must have previous call center or customer service experience. This position is an immediate hire and we encourage all Bi-lingual candidates to apply. You must be available to start work immediately, pass a criminal and background check and drug screen. It's considered a short term temporary position. If you are currently working a full-time position please do not apply.Responsibilities and DutiesAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for successfully managing large amounts of inbound calls. You will have to provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. You should also have the time-management and organizational skills necessary to effectively manage multiple expectations in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications and SkillsCollege degree preferredAt least 3yrs of customer service experience in healthcareHave own transportation - no exception (location does not have access to public transportation)Be able to work flexible schedule between hours of 8:30am to 9pm (Monday - Friday)Must be able to start within a weeks noticePass criminal background check and drug screenMust be proficient in Microsoft OfficeMust type at least 35 WPMJob Type: Contract
