SVP IT Infrastructure Networks - ESS
This Senior Vice President position will grow and manage a strategic Operating Group of $200M+ in revenue in the Enterprise Solutions Sector.The Operating Group's portfolio is focused on supporting customers in the design, management, maintenance, and security of their networks. More About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the strategy and growth of the Operating Group.You will be expected to develop and deliver to the annual financial plan, and to deliver year over year growth above the established market growth rates.You'll also be responsible for actively driving and participating in new business pursuits to accelerate portfolio growth.In addition, you'll provide oversight of program performance through enforcing disciplined program management processes and through participation in program management reviews and monthly operations reviews. As a strategic leader, you will also be responsible for identifying trends in the market and customer base, and for developing a comprehensive strategy to position for success in this portion of the market.Demonstrated thought leadership in the market and active engagement with customers will be important to anticipate market needs, create value, and differentiate CACI from competitors. Creating an atmosphere of transparency through frequent communication and engagement with employees in the organization will be vital to retaining talent.You will be expected to develop the next level of leaders for succession planning, to communicate performance expectations, and to actively communicate directly with employees through site visits, all hands meetings, and other methods of employee engagement. You'll Bring These Qualifications: .Demonstrated year over year portfolio growth in revenue, profit, and Direct Labor .Proven ability to develop and sustain a healthy new business pipeline of large, strategic pursuits with a healthy capture rate .Proven ability to win opportunities in the $250M+ range .Experience managing large, complex programs with annual revenue of $50M+ .Proven ability to win recompetes and deliver on contract growth to sustain the current portfolio .Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic plan for the market .Knowledge and experience in winning and delivering Network work .Be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance .Typically have a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 18 years related work experience.
