Position Description: Provides overall marketing support to the Business Development/Marketing team by assisting the creation of high quality proposals, presentations, correspondence, and marketing materials.Reports to: Marketing Manager or Marketing Specialist Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesSend Emails / Gather Outstanding Staff Resume Data for all employees in which we have not drafted resumes for (this will include all Sumer new hires)Assist in writing TKN Articles and providing post content for social mediaAssist with preparation of proposals and interview presentationsAssist with generation and updating of Project Data Sheets (PDS)LEED Tracking Mechanism - Stay on top of jobs that are finishing over the SummerAssist Business Development (BD) in filing and other tasksFinalize all project descriptions and role descriptions for resumes on the Master trackerKeep Marketing whiteboard up to dateVisit job various job sites and draft updates on activity that is going on on-site (this could include meeting with the field engineer / engineering assistants to gain a better understanding of the different scopes of work)Perform all other duties as assignedQualifications: Attending an accredited College or University with a major in Marketing or related field. Must have experience with Adobe InDesign. Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and researching skills. Good verbal skills, strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Works well within a team environment. Ability to work with large amounts of data from various sources and synthesize into data driven proposal elements and marketing collateral.
