Good articulation and pronunciation, friendly and outgoing phone voice Excellent verbal and written skills Must have great attention to detail Requires basic computer skills (typing, and navigating programs/screens entering data and processing information Ability to thrive in a fast pace, team-oriented environment Must be dependable and have great attendance Bilingual is a plus
