POSITION SUMMARYManagement of the Investor Relations function at Company with a primary focus on crafting and refining our message for equity investors and equity analysts. Additional responsibilities include: ESG reporting, debt investor relations, and syndications.You will be a primary spokesperson for Company and will work in partnership with the CFO, CEO, and other senior leaders to develop and drive a comprehensive investor relations plan. You will serve as a member of the Company's ESG Committee and be responsible for implementing an integrated ESG/IR strategy. You will be a key contributor to Company's ESG reporting initiatives and be responsible for cultivating relationships with ESG-focused institutional investors.This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES* Serves as primary corporate spokesperson to certain audiences and maintains consistent contact with sell-side analysts, institutional investors, and individual investors to foster strong, credible, transparent dialogue with the Street* Drafts investor communications, including press releases, conference call scripts, quarterly earnings presentations, investor website content, fact sheets and investor presentations* Proactively leads investor targeting and outreach efforts for non-deal roadshows* Participates in supporting various capital markets transactions including the development of debt investor relations and syndications capabilities* Collaborates with finance and legal teams on SEC filings* Manages Annual Report and Sustainability Report Card design* Serves as a member of the Company's ESG Committee responsible for engagement with members of the investor community on such topics* Serves as the liaison to the Nominating, Governance and Corporate Responsibility Committee of the Board of Directors on all ESG initiatives* Serves as the liaison to the ESG ratings and rankings agencies* Drafts content for the annual ESG Report* Maintains relationship with New York Stock Exchange and ensures compliance with listed company requirementsQUALIFICATIONS* Minimum of 5 years of experience doing in-house corporate investor relations, treasury, corporate development, competitive intelligence, strategy, or similar positions for a publicly traded company or investment banking or equity research* Superior communication and interpersonal skills* Exceptional ability to craft presentations* Strong analytical and financial capabilities* College degree required* A master's degree is desirable. Strongly prefer finance, accounting, or economics majors* Must be well versed in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint* An energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player* Experience in the energy efficiency and renewable energy markets preferred
