Intelligence Priorities Analyst
Key Role:

Assist with the framing of annual, quarterly, and ad hoc reviews of national intelligence priorities. Solicit and consolidate senior policymakers' input to define national intelligence topics. Coordinate across the IC, DoD, and Combatant Commands (COCOMs) to establish, review, and recommend national priorities across all intelligence topics to the DNI. Serve as a subject matter expert in establishing authorities and procedures for the development and validation of intelligence priorities. Assist with the development and execution of a comprehensive communication strategy which ensures a robust outreach program with all stakeholders and partners. Facilitate structured focus groups that assess national intelligence priorities and manage associated information needs.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with intelligence priorities management
-Experience with supporting senior officials within a headquarters staff environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to manage competing priorities
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree or 4 years of additional experience with intelligence priorities management

Additional Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with working across IC and DoD missions, functions, or capabilities
-2+ years of experience in working with senior policymakers on national intelligence priorities
-Experience with analytic or collection management across the DoD or IC
-Experience with IC requirements management systems, processes, and procedures

-Experience with briefing senior IC leaders on priority intelligence issues

-Knowledge of national intelligence priorities policies, processes, and procedures
-Ability to produce intelligence assessments and reports within and across intelligence topics that demonstrate knowledge of intelligence priority topics and supporting intelligence information needs

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
