Chief Engineer
Key Role:

Identify and win executable business supporting a DoD client from opportunity identification through shaping and capture and proposal and contract startup and execution. Serve as a part of the capture role for technical bids to identify and comprehend clients' requirements and buying patterns, partner with internal leaders, and leverage capability teams and strategic services offerings to develop technical strategies and solutions options. Leverage expertise in DoD and federal government-focused work and innovative thinking, including technical management, service delivery, and business management to grow the business organically. Provide delivery leadership, business management, and client management for across engineering projects or programs.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in working with the Marine Corps either in industry, a civil servant, or field grade officer as a senior decision maker

-Knowledge of recent technology and its application

-Ability to think strategically to leverage and develop relationships with senior leaders

-Ability to comprehend competitive landscapes and capabilities from a consulting perspective

-Ability to establish strategic alliances and teaming agreements with large and small businesses

-Secret clearance required

-BS degree in Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in an S&T organization

-Experience with program management of an ACAT program

-Ability to grow company brand

-Ability to leverage established relationships with professional panels or publications

-MS degree in an engineering field

-DAWIA Certification
