Requirements

The role of the Resident Assistants is to manage group logistics for the Student Leaders Program. Additionally, Resident Assistants serve as a resource to the students while they navigate their new surroundings and program expectations.
  • While in Washington, DC, Resident Assistants will work five days per week based on a rotating schedule.
  • They will stay in Georgetown University dorms with the Student Leaders and are expected to be available to students at least four evenings per week.
  • The RA provides direct support to the 15 Student Leaders during their 45 day Leadership Institute and works in a team with a second Resident Assistant.


Qualifications
  • Resident Assistant must be recent college graduate by June 2018 and cannot be enrolled at Georgetown University at the start date of this position.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with previous RA experience and/or interest in working with students from the MENA region.
