A manufacturer is filling a position for a Remote Customer Service Associate.Candidates will be responsible for the following: Answering, researching and resolving inquiriesActing as Corporate Liaison between guests and various departmentsIdentifying and communicates systemic and recurring service issues to departmental, Operations and Training LeadersPosition Requirements Include:High school diploma or equivalent1-3 years of recent experience in a Customer Service support roleComputer experience along with an acceptable WPM of at least 30Must have a passion for customer service excellenceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to take and process 60- 80 calls and 20-30 emails per day
