We are looking for a Leasing Consultant in Bethesda, MD! We are in search of a polished Leasing Consultant for one of our Premier Communities located in Downtown Bethesda. The ideal candidate will be an energetic individual with excellent salesmanship and a proven track record of providing outstanding customer service, someone who enjoys interacting with a variety of people on a daily basis, and enjoys a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, and welcomes change. Responsibilities: Scheduling appointments to view the community Presenting the available apartments in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion. Represent the company in a professional manner Assist in generating traffic through active participation in the community's marketing strategy Maintain community's customer base with an effective resident retention program Qualifications: 1-2 years' experience as a luxury leasing consultant, preferred Outstanding customer service skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of computer operating systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) One-Site knowledge is preferred but not necessary Ability to work at least 3 weekends per month We Offer: We offer a competitive compensation and benefit package that includes a generous commission and bonus structure.
