Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) starting in July/August. Requires a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance.The Project $225M 5 Acre New US Embassy Compound (NEC) Multi-building complex in downtown Nassau New Office Building (NOB) 3 Compound Access Control Buildings (CACs) Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR) Support Annex (SPX) and Utility Building (UTL) Parking (PKG) surface and structured for 147 vehicles Project Duration is 48 months / we ask for a minimum commitment of 1 year. Housing and transportation allowances provided. Uplift includes 5% of base salary as well as 42% COLA Full benefits included (medical, dental, vision, 30 days paid time off a year, paid round trip flights home every 10 months on assignment) Position Description Manage operations of NEC project office related to project's cost and schedule. Perform full range of project controls report drafting and production (MS Office Suite), cost management, schedule management (Primavera), change order management, and submittal management. Prepare reports and Independent Government Estimates (IGEs), and maintain daily construction log. Review construction contractor's monthly application for payment and advise NEC Project Director of findings. Requirements US Govt.
