Role: Junior Telecom Specialist Location: Baltimore and vicinity Client: International Telecom Company Group: Government Duration: Rolling long term contract Environment: Avaya Communications Manager, System Manager, CS1K, Contact Center, Unified Communications, Aura, Avaya Session Manager, Voice Mail, VoIP, SIP, Excel Team Size: 10-15 Overview: Junior To Mid Level Telecom Specialist needed to join team in efforts of expanding and configuring Aura features on new implementations for large enterprise customers. US Citizenship is required and the ability to obtain and maintain an SSA Suitability clearance is highly preferred. Responsibilities: Provide software support for intergrated Avaya Aura Communication solutions utilizing Communications Manager, Systems Manager, Session Manager, VoiceMail in a SIP environment Programming, implementation, and professional services support on ACM (Avaya Communication Manager) Expand Aura features to new customers including stations, trunking, ARS, AAR, UDP, CORs, COS, SNT's, Hunt groups, coverage paths, VDN's, vectors, announcements, and all other associated system features Maintain integrity of resource tracking documents Maintaining and developing programming programming automation tools Provisioning of new phones, users, mailbozes, E911 utilizing the following: System Manager, Communication Manager, Aura Messaging, Session Manager, and AVST Messaging Required Experience: VOIP/SIP experience ncie to have Experience in large scale Enterprise Telephony Solutions 1+ years of experience with Avaya Communications Manager Ability to manage time well and meet multiple deadlines Excellent writing and communication skills Preferred: Experience with AVAYA ProVision and ASA XML and/or vb scripting Any hands-on experience with any of the following: Avaya Contact Center Applications Avaya Session Manager Unified Communications - Video Conferencing, Softphones, CS1K, and AA EEO EmployerApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
