This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: accounts payable processing, daily revenue and cash reconciliations and other related finance projects.Job Responsibilities: 1.Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts for assigned hotels on a monthly basis2.Daily Bank Reconciliation for assigned properties3.Daily review of hotel revenues and posting in the General Ledger4.Review of Daily Revenue and Labor Reports5.Weekly Accounts Payable invoice and payment processing and review6.Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals7.Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed8.Maintains accounting records and compiles reports from the database9.10.11.Performs other related duties as required and assignedJob Skills:1.Financial Reporting, General Ledger, Bank Reconciliations, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Income Audit, 2.Accounts Payable, Reporting Skills3.Administrative Writing Skills4.Verbal CommunicationJob Qualifications: Describe the minimum qualifications needed to complete the job responsibilities.EducationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline preferredExperience3 - 5 years of related experienceHospitality industry experience a plusMicrosoft Excel, Office (Advanced Experience)
