Business Process Analyst, Mid
Key Role:

Work with organizations to analyze the redesign of business processes. Support clients with management consulting on organization redesigns and new business processes. Assist with the analysis and implementation of process improvements. Develop expertise in an industrial specialty, including strengthening expertise in project management. Support practice development initiatives and assist the business development team with writing proposals. Stay connected with junior-level client staff regarding information and data collection and participate in client meetings. Review work of the junior employees and provide training.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with IT or business management consulting

-Experience with industry methods for process improvement, organizational design, organizational change management, and performance optimization

-Experience with developing and documenting functional and non-functional requirements

-Experience with SharePoint

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with change management and user training and communications

-Experience with maintaining requirements and test scripts

-Experience with Atlassian JIRA and other systems with workflow capabilities

-Experience in working with distributed teams

-Knowledge of Agile project management

-Knowledge of programming, database design, and reporting

-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, including ASQ or DoD

-Intelligence community Agile Certified Professional or Scrum Master

-Active Secret clearance preferred
