Military Functional Lead
Key Role:

Identify, analyze, evaluate, and monitor extremely complex or highly sensitive foreign and domestic systems and instrumentation, methods, procedures, and processes. Perform all-source scientific and technical intelligence analysis to determine characteristics of various systems and functions of instrumentation. Report changes, trends, and implications regarding the design and integration of evolving systems and instrumentation. Solve complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Prepare briefings and report on analysis methodology and results. Provide work leadership for lower level employees and take a leadership role in generating intellectual capital to help the firm grow its business.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience as a retired veteran in the Army Infantry or Marine Corps Infantry

-Experience with operating in a combat zone in the last 6 years

-Experience with creating, preparing, and delivering oral presentations to senior and executive leaders

-Knowledge of Army military personnel policies, processes, and procedures for combat operations in support of national campaigns

-Knowledge of military communications and digital environments

-Ability to play a major and key role in the planning and execution of unit training and after-action reviews

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the development or analysis of emerging technologies in Army or military operations preferred

-Experience with Army systems procurement

Clearance:
