Talent Integration Analyst
Key Role:

Supporting the project management office (PMO) lead in task intake, client approval, and staff placement. Support the lead in reviewing and tracking open positions, communicating staffing needs to task leads and the senior resource manager, and tracking candidate submission to the government, including government approval of said candidates. Prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Support the lead in tracking candidate start dates and communicating said dates with the onboarding specialists and program orientation and communications specialist. Communicate with task leads to ensure they are aware of start dates for new staff members and available to support Day 1 activities.

Basic Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with project or program management support

-Experience with collaborating across teams, functions, and geographic regions and engage team members at all levels

-Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

-Ability to recognize potential process improvements and communicate them with the PMO leads

-Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring deadlines are met

-Ability to gather information and synthesize it into presentable content for senior leadership and the client

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)

-Experience with entering data into SharePoint

-Experience with business analytic tools, including Tableau

-Ability to be a self-starter who is eager to learn and is capable of adapting to fast moving environments and changing requirements
