Our Technology Analyst Program will include work in the following categories:

Technology and Innovation
* Develop expertise in development, information security, data analysis, infrastructure support, systems analysis or another area of IT
* Build your technical skills by experimenting with and implementing cutting-edge technologies and outside-of-the-box thinking
* Collaborate with colleagues across the company to optimize our technology and help move our business forward

Leadership and Collaboration
* Enhance your personal brand and stand out as a key contributor in a fast-moving workplace
* Give back and learn about different cultures by participating in our diversity groups and volunteering in our community programs
* Think quickly in a crisis, collaborating with colleagues to identify and implement solutions

Customer Service and Business Advancement
* Use a strong customer-service attitude when responding to inbound technology requests from business partners and technology partners
* Partner with internal business users and teams to turn business process and requirements into system requirements
* Evolve your business understanding by reporting on and analyzing data to identify potential opportunities to transform our business

Qualifications

* Minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, management information systems or a related discipline
* Availability to begin full time employment in our June 2019 cohort
* Graduation no more than 18 months prior to start date
