Freddie Mac's Single-Family Strategic Delivery and Operations is seeking a College Program Associate to support college recruitment and talent management activities. The professional will partner with the talent management lead and hiring managers with multiple talent management initiatives. The analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting recruitment strategies, campus preparation, and college program development. The hired individual will represent and interact with various levels of the organization and is expected to participate in ad hoc projects. This position will report to the talent management lead.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Assisting in developing tailored college recruitment strategies
  • Participate and plan on campus college recruiting events
  • Stay current with college recruiting best practices
  • Organize marketing collateral
  • Coordinate trainings for managers, cohorts, and new hires\\Organize and plan events for cohort and mentor programs
  • Prepare for large recruiting events at Freddie Mac that require detailed event planning
  • Prepare reporting on recruiting initiatives and metrics


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a Talent Acquisition department (combination of college recruiting and coordination experience)
  • Prior experience in tailored college recruitment strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to work in a team environment, manage competing priorities, and provide support for all talent management efforts
  • Experience with interviewing techniques
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
