Assistant Director, Digital Technology and Strategy
Assistant Director, Digital Technology and Strategy leads the digital team and is responsible for strategic and technology infrastructure direction, digital platforms, website and helping solve complex business and marketing problems using digital technologies. The Assistant Director, Digital Technology and Strategy manages the revenue generating technology platforms for direct to consumer and business to business operations and creates and executes a digital marketing strategy with the goal of leveraging the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) mission and presence in the digital environment.
Bachelor’s degree. Knowledge of current and emerging technology platforms, channels, devices and digital strategy. Knowledge of data base management, CRM tools, mobile, social media, email, testing, optimization, SEO, SEM, PPC, personalization and metrics essential. Understanding of and ability to monitor digital activity, analyze data, pathing and trends and conclude actionable insight that informs strategic direction and/or course correction. Minimum 5 years of experience. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet, e-mail, etc..
