Paid Search Marketing Manager
We are seeking a talented, self-motivated individual to expand our paid search digital marketing footprint for RoboForm. You will be responsible for the daily execution and management of digital marketing campaigns aimed at customer acquisition for a leading password manager. This includes planning and executing campaigns directed at individuals (B2C) and businesses (B2B).Responsibilities:Day to day management and optimization of digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Bing Ads, Facebook ads, Apple Search Ads, and other platforms.Maintain updated creative library and landing pages. Update/improve as necessary.Create campaigns that generate consistent increases in new and active users.Monitor, analyze, recommend and implement strategies to improve key performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rates, average order size and ROI.Research and implement new marketing strategies. Think outside the box in an effort to extend our product reach and drive new software users.Manage tracking, reporting, and analysis or marketing efforts. Summarize metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive direction based on data.Perform A/B tests, analyzing results and adjusting campaigns to maximize conversions.Minimum qualifications:2 years of relevant experience.Excellent writing and communication skills.Detail oriented.Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.Experience driving conversions via display advertising and audience segmentation.Knowledge of SEO best practices.Experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with modern desktop and mobile web browsers.Preferred qualifications:Experience with paid advertising and tracking for mobile apps.Experience with marketing automation.Experience with creating video content.Fluent in additional language(s), particularly German, French, or Spanish.Experience with Wrike or comparable task/project management tool.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
