In this role the successful candidates will manage the firms Private Equity client's tax compliance needs, anticipate tax and business issues, and also recognize tax planning opportunities.. As a leader in the firm's Private Equity tax group, you will help to develop the vision, strategies and action plans to grow the practice. You will be responsible for helping to manage internal resources and work on tax compliance and consulting engagements.. What your day looks like:. Solving problems!. Building and servicing the tax planning and compliance needs of our Private Equity Clients. Demonstrating sound judgment and instincts with respect to evaluating complex scenarios. Leveraging your project management, analytical, interpersonal, and communication abilities. Developing, mentoring, and motivating Staff, Seniors and Managers, providing counseling and career guidance.. Demonstrating superior client service skills. What Do You Need for this Role?. We're looking for a high energy, self-starter who uses his/her creativity to solve problems for clients. Strong communication and organizational skills are needed as is a passion for developing staff. Realistically, the following are also needed:. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. 10+ years of experience in public accounting with experience in PE. CPA is required. What you can expect from us:.
