Position Summary Information Basic Function Manages the development of college objectives, integrated go-to-market plans and strategies. Responsible for creating, refining, evaluating and optimizing business and marketing go-to-market plans designed to generate demand and drive enrollment. Partners with internal cross-functional, channel, creative and marketing teams as well as external resources to deliver on objectives. Analyzes campaign success and ROI and incorporates insights into future campaign planning. Duties and Responsibilities Perform advance-level responsibilities independently that include coordinating, planning developing, implementing, promoting and evaluating a marketing program to build and maintain a favorable public perception for the College and its campuses, support achievement of annual enrollment goals. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a marketing, communications, journalism or similar industry field. Several years of experience in marketing, with progressively wider scope and responsibility/accountability required or a combination of education, experience and training. Preferred Qualifications Experience with product marketing is preferred. Minimum of several years of experience in marketing, with progressively wider scope and responsibilities/ accountabilities required. Experience with product marketing required. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience leading both internal and external cross-functional teams in the design and execution of go-to-market plans. Demonstrated success in designing integrated, Omni-channel go-to-market strategies and activation plans. Demonstrated success in the development of integrated demand-generation plans. Strong knowledge of integrated marketing function. Ability to define a target and develop positioning, messaging, features, benefits and value propositions. Strong copywriting and editing skills. Ability to conduct post program/campaign analysis inclusive of ROI and articulate a reason for continued or initial investment. Strategic ability to design programs/campaigns that deliver trackable results. Proven experience in a progressively responsible capacity leading and/or acting as a resource to department staff as it relates to integrated marketing initiatives, processes, and activities. Must be able to demonstrate conceptual and strategic thinking. Experience in developing strong partnerships with internal marketing partners cross-functionally and external agencies and media partners. Strong attention to detail is a must. Flexibility and fluidity to thrive within a rapidly evolving environment. Stays calm and collected under pressure. Collaborative nature, self-directed and has the ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
