We are seeking Customer Experience Specialists who will deliver on a first-class experience to all current and future guests. You will provide excellent customer service specializing in the Real Estate space. Field inbound calls from clients and assist Realtors with issues, membership, billing and technical issues. Provide excellent customer service and answer any question they may have about specific listings. Respond to requests for information, processes and activate customer accounts. Diagnose system issues with software. Help determine problems and take next steps to fix it. Walk client through process and troubleshooting. Support field operation teams in maintaining a consistent guest experience. Provide knowledgeable and correct information. Attend weekly meetings and provide organized updates succinctly. Build and maintain positive relationships clients. Provide the highest level of customer support + concierge services to all current and future guests. Hours: Must be flexible Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and available to work 1 weekend day twice a month. We offer great benefits, growth and enjoyable work environment!
